Old Government House Museum, Road Town, Tortola BVI
(located in Road Town, Tortola - On Waterfront Drive)
This building was once the residence of any Governor appointed by the queen living in the Virgin Islands (British) up to 1987. This building a well known national landmark has been refurbished into a public museum. This museum now displays a rich history of the Virgin Islands including period furniture and hand signed books by Queen Elizabeth II during her visit to the Virgin Islands (British) in 1966 and 1977. Open Monday to Friday 9am - 2pm.
