After you get to West End Terminal in Tortola and you cleared customs and Immigration the Jost Van Dyke ferry service is on the other side of the building about 40 feet away. Simply take this ferry from West End, Tortola to Great Harbour, Jost Van Dyke

Although Tortola is not one of the connection hub that was mention on getting to the British Virgin Islands, we mentioned it because most of the traffic going to the British Virgin Islands go via Tortola and it is some times easier to travel to Tortola then connect to other Islands in the BVI by ferry services or short scheduled flights and charters. Jost Van Dyke is one of these Islands that may be easier to get to by first travelling to Tortola, British Virgin Islands.

Also keep in mind that the airport at Beef Island (Tortola) is on the opposite end of the Island than where the ferry leaves West End, Tortola to Great Harbour Jost Van Dyke. Taxi trip from Beef Island airport (EIS) to West End Ferry Terminal may take about 40 minutes and cost about $_____ US for two persons
